NORWAY — The Norway Museum and Historical Society (NMHS) will host a ‘C.B. Cummings & Sons’ program on Thursday, June 22 at 7 p.m., in their meeting room at 471 Main Street in Norway.

C.B. Cummings & Sons was an important part of life in Norway for 143 years. Founded in 1860, the family-owned business grew to be a world leader in the manufacture of precision wooden dowels and other wood products. Former company president and treasurer Brad Cummings is the great-great-grandson of founder C.B. Cummings. Brad will talk about the history of the family, the business, and the many products made over the years.

NMHS extends a special invitation to former employees of C.B. Cummings & Sons, and hopes you will share memories of your employment. The program is free and all are welcome to attend.
