NORWAY — The Western Maine Art Group will host a First Friday Reception featuring the artwork of Erica Christensen from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 7. The Main Street Gallery is located at 426 Main Street in Norway. The gallery is open Tuesdays through Saturdays.
Erica’s watercolors celebrate Maine’s coast, birds, and flowers. Her goal is to convey a sense of place and a reflection of our environment in all its beauty. She’s enjoying the challenge of learning how to combine the imaginative part of painting with hands-on technique.
Her exhibit will be displayed from July 7th to July 30 and will include original paintings, prints, and notecards. This charming gallery represents fourteen other artists whose work will also be displayed.
