* Joanna Kahler, 26, of Paris, Aug. 27, violation on bail condition, Norway Police Department.

* Russell A. Nixon, 25, of Weld, Aug. 27, criminal trespass, failure to submit to arrest or detention and public indecency, Rumford Police Department.

* Rhonda S. Welch, 28, of East Hampton, Mass., Aug. 27, criminal trespass, hindering apprehension or prosecution and public indecency, $400 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Allen L. Larson, 19, of Paris, Aug. 28, domestic assault, $500 unsecured bond, Paris Police Department.
