LEWISTON — Michael Boucher and Denise Tufts, Central Maine Medical Center College of Nursing and Health Professions faculty members, have been awarded master’s degrees in nursing education.

Boucher attended St. Joseph’s College of Nursing in Standish. His capstone project focused on critical thinking, active learning and empowerment.

Tufts earned her degree from the University of Phoenix. For her final practicum, she developed and implemented a faculty mentoring program.
