ANDOVER — At this week’s meeting of the Bethel Rotary Club, we presented a scholarship award to Virginia Owings from Andover.
A home-schooled student, Virginia plans to head to Kimep University in Kazakhstan in the fall. She just returned from the National Youth Science Camp as well.
We are quite certain that this young lady has a bright future.
