PORTLAND — The HealthyMaine Expo, a two-day event dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and a better quality of life for all, is set for Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 16 and 17.

The inaugural event will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 16 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Cross Insurance Arena, 1 Civic Center Square.

Presented by Restore Hyper Wellness, L.L. Bean, and Serenity Me, the expo is a celebration of all things health, offering a wealth of information, activities, and resources designed to inspire and empower individuals and families to live their best, healthiest lives, according to a news release from Promerica Health, which is producing and managing the event.
