Auburn Recreation and Auburn Public Works plan to present a Truck or Treat, the best of public works’ annual Touch-A-Truck/Open House and the recreation department’s Fright Fest, from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Public Works garage, 296 Gracelawn Road.
There will be public works, police and fire vehicles and equipment, decorated trunks and treats by various city departments, a large sandbox, and a couple of baby cows in attendance, according to a news release from Liz Allen, director of communications and community engagement with the city.
Admission is free.
