FARMINGTON — Farmington Elks members are accepting applications for Operation Santa, they have created three different types of forms this year to make things easier for applicants, applications must be postmarked by Nov. 17, according to a news release from the Elks Lodge.
Applications can be picked up at WMCA (Western Maine Community Action) at 20 Church St. in East Wilton or the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area at 218 Fairbanks Road in Farmington.
Completed forms can be dropped off at the Farmington Elks Lodge mailbox outside the facility downstairs. Applications will not be accepted by email.
To contact Operation Santa call or text 207-491-7975 between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, all messages will be returned within 24 hours.
