Warren Bryant

JAY – Warren Bryant, 79, passed away peacefully with family by his side at home on Dec. 24, 2023. He was born June 23, 1944, the son of Lester and Helen (Martin) Bryant. He attended local schools and graduated from Livermore Falls High School in 1962.

After graduating he joined the Air Force and was stationed in Dover Delaware. Upon his return he worked for the International Paper Company for many years. He worked for the Town of Jay as a dispatcher and for the Town of Jay Public Works Department. He served as a selectman for the town of Jay, Chair of the Wilton Fish and Game, was member of the North Jay Water Department and he was a proud member of the Lions Club. In his free time Warren loved spending time with his family and was an avid outdoorsman.

Warren is predeceased by his parents Lester and Helen; his brother Norman Bryant; and his daughter Karen Bryant. He is survived by his wife Lisa Bryant; his children, Warren L. Bryant and wife Melissa, Jason Bryant and his wife Kathy, Sherri Bryant-Irons and husband Rusty, Faith Drake and husband Kevin, Mikael Sicotte and wife Allona; lifelong friend Gordon Medcoff; grandchildren, Dylan Braley, Kyle Braley, Chris Stanley, Joshua Rushing, Sarah Salazar, Devin Marie Bryant, Bear Bryant, Callie Bryant, Alissa Gilroy, ShyAnn Gilroy, Braelynn Irons, Izabelle Gardien, Khol Sicotte, and Khye Sicotte; great grandchildren, Lydia Braley, Rowan Braley, Carsyn Bryant-Irons, and Adoria Isaacs.

There will be a graveside service Friday, December 29, 2023, at 11 a.m., at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hartford.
