CASCO — The Casco Village Church, United Church of Christ is hosting our annual ‘Let it Snow’ Saturday Night Supper on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 4:30-6 p.m. This month’s dinner will feature Casseroles, Hotdogs, Baked Beans, Salads, and Homemade Desserts! It’s only $12 for adults, and $5 for Children 8 and under. The church is located at 941 Meadow Rd. in Casco and may be contacted at 207-627-4282.

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner is having a ‘Pies and more’ sale. Pre-order your 9″ deep-dish frozen chicken or chicken pot pies ($15) and fresh fruit pies ($12) until Feb. 23. Fruit pies are apple, blueberry, raspberry, or strawberry rhubarb. Pick up on March 2 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Also available will be jams, jellies, chili, pie by the slice. Check or cash.
In addition, the Friends of the Zadoc Long Free Library will be holding a book sale–many genres! Shake off the winter blues and plan to sit and eat, read, and take home delicious food and books.
