Charles Larry Duval Sr.

AUBURN – Charles Larry Duval Sr., of Auburn, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

He was born on April 6, 1941, a son to Joseph and Naomi (Sleeper) Duval. He was born in Lewiston and attended Lisbon schools.

Charles worked at Pioneer Plastics for 26 years before turning to his true passion of selling cars, becoming the owner of Charlie Duval Auto Sales on Route 4 in Turner. He was well known for standing behind the quality of the vehicles he provided.

Charles is survived by his wife of 31 years, Louise (Perreault) Duval of Auburn; his sister, Brenda Bussiere (Ron) of Turner; his sons “Chuck” and Mark of Auburn and Marty of Florida. He also leaves behind his stepsons Daniel Pease of Lewiston and Dr. Michael Pease (Michele) of South Carolina. In addition, Charles leaves behind his nine grandchildren, Mariah, Bobbi Jo, Danielle, Hailey, Mark, Chris, Caleb, Jennifer and Connor; as well as 16 great-grandchildren.

Charles was predeceased by his parents; his brothers Donald, Bruce, Jimmy and Jody as well as his sister, Shirley.
