TOPSHAM — The wedding of Amanda N. Hunter and Kyle D. Shutt was held July 2 at the United Baptist Church in Topsham.

Mrs. Shutt is the daughter of Joseph Hunter of Lisbon Falls and Rebecca Hunter of Poland Spring. Mr. Shutt is the son of James Shutt of Watseka, Ill., and Sue Shutt of Lewiston.

The bride wore a white strapless gown with a beaded bodice and small train. Her headpiece was adorned with pearls and her handmade bouquet was made of Stargazer lilies and pink roses.

Jackie Peters, best friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Flower girls were Sebrina Bickford, half-sister of the bride, and Keisha Smith, niece of the bride.

Damien Irby, best friend of the bridegroom, was best man. CJ Given, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.

A reception with dinner and dancing followed at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Brunswick.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Brunswick High School and has earned her CNA certificate.

The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Watseka High School in Illinois and is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force.

The couple is currently residing in Aviano, Italy.
