AUGUSTA — The Maine Bureau of Veterans’ Services, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is set to hold a Women Veterans Appreciation Day at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, at the Maine State House in the Hall of Flags.
The event will feature guest speakers, veteran-centric organizations, and representatives to provide connection to veteran resources and benefits.
Featured speakers include veterans Donna Loring, Angela Baker and Rebecca Cornell du Houx.
There is no cost and all women veterans, their families and supporters are encouraged to attend.
