Marianne P. Miller
LEWISTON – Marianne Priscilla (Fleissner) Miller, 84, passed away on July 22, 2024, at home with her sons by her side in Lewiston.
Born on July 18, 1940, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of William Fleissner and Yolande (Cutaia) Fleissner, and step-daughter to Mildred Williams.
Marianne graduated from MD High School and spent her career as a dental assistant in the Lewiston/Topsham area, bringing smiles and comfort to her patients.
She was a devout member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Parish. She was a lifelong lector and a member of the church choir.
Throughout her life, Marianne had a passion for square dancing, line dancing, and playing board games with her family. She had a profound love for animals, especially her trusted companion, Kelsey-Ann.
Marianne is survived by her sons William “Bill” Jarboe and his wife Kathryn, and Wayne Jarboe; her grandson, William Jarboe and his wife Justine; and great-granddaughters Alexa and Emily Jarboe.
Marianne was preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husband, John Miller.

Services will be held at Holy Family Church in Lewiston on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 11 a.m. A lunch will follow at Marco’s Restaurant in Lewiston.
Arrangements are under the care of Albert and Burpee Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 253 Pine St., Lewiston, 782-7201.
