Ronald DuBois
LEWISTON – Ronald DuBois was born in Lewiston on April 11, 1947 and passed away Aug. 2, 2024 in his hometown of Lewiston. He was a graduate of Lewiston High School and honorably served in the United States Air Force, stationed in Thailand. Ronnie had a passion for cars and was employed at Clark Oldsmobile in Wallingford, Conn. In later years he returned to work at the family business, DuBois Furniture in Lewiston.
Ronnie battled with serious medical issues in recent years and showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile. We will miss his loving character and smile.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Ethel DuBois; his nieces and nephews Diane Leclair, Lorraine DuBois, Robert DuBois, Paul DuBois and Marcel DuBois; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Florida DuBois; his brothers Albert DuBois and Norman DuBois, and sister-in-law, Denise DuBois.
The family wishes to recognize the kindest care given to Ron by the staff on 4 East in St. Mary’s D’youville Pavilion.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday Aug. 12, followed by a Liturgy of the Word at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Committal prayers with Air Force military honors will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery (small chapel) in Lewiston. Arrangements are under the care of Albert and Burpee Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 253 Pine St., Lewiston, 782-7201.
