How? In the grocery store, shop carefully with your car key. Yes, your car key. Look closely at the jelly jars.

Clink them with your key. If they are glass, you will know. If they are plastic, they will make a soft “thud” sound. Honey? Peanut butter? Some teas? Salsa? Barbecue sauce? and so on. It will take you some extra time and probably cost you a little more (because the better products are often in glass). But you will know that your choices matter and you may sleep a little better.
