* Timothy R. Hubert, 31, of Merritt Island, Fla., Oct. 13, fugitive from justice, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Daniel J. Powell, 18, of Sandy Hook, Miss., Oct. 13, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, $500 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Erin A. Tracy, 32, of Bridgton, Oct. 13, two counts of domestic assault, assault, criminal trespass and violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
