Letourneau

TURNER — The wedding of Darcy Caitlin Pettengill and Bryan Paul Letourneau was held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 10 at the home of the grandmother of the bride, Pauline St. Pierre, and the late Maurice St. Pierre, in Turner. John Bonner, minster, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Letourneau is the daughter of Karen Berube and Denise Marcoux of Auburn and Greg and Michelle Pettengill of Lewiston. Mr. Letourneau is the son of Ken and Marcia Letourneau of Auburn.

The bride wore a white strapless gown  and carried a bouquet of one sunflower in the middle to represent her brother, Justin, who passed away in 2004, surrounded by Gerbera daisies to represent herself and her six other siblings.

Megan Pettengill was honor attendent for her sister. Bridesmaid was Emily Paione, sister of the bride. Carly Pettengill, sister of the bride, was flower girl.

Steve Ellis was best man for his best friend. Usher was Trent Letourneau, son of the couple, and ring bearer was Asa Hodgkin, nephew of the bride.

A reception followed at the Wolf Cove Inn in Poland.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2006 graduate of Andover College with an associate degree in criminal justice. She is currently employed by the Office of Adult Mental Health for the state of Maine.

The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently employed as truck driver for Wal-Mart.
