Cross Country Running- Does your child love to run? Does your child struggle with team sports? If you answered yes to either of these questions, this may be the perfect program for your child. The Spring Cross Country running program will be held twice a week, May through June. Attendees will have the option of what distance to run; they would like to prepare for.
With each run, they can work on their own personal times. Throughout the program, we will experience locations with different terrain and obstacles. They will even have the chance to race against their friends. If your child loves this program, consider joining us in the fall to compete competitively against other towns. We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
