LOVELL – Barbara Heath, 67, passed away on April 16, 2025, at Maine Medical Center. She was a resident of Lovell
Barbara was born in Rumford, on Nov. 2, 1957, the daughter of Dennis and Roberta (White) Touchette. She went to Mexico schools and graduated with the class of 1976. Barbara worked for Bartash Card and Gift Store and also worked as a personal care attendant. She enjoyed the great outdoors, especially fishing, boating and gardening.
Barbara is survived by her companion Carl Bedard of Lovell, two daughters, Erica Ladd and husband Tiger of Mexico, Lisa Brann and husband Stacy of Peru, a sister Sandra Maillet and husband Tom of Silver Springs, Fla., grandchildren, Aaron Ladd and companion Scarlett of Mexico and Ryan Ladd and companion Jessaca of Mexico, stepgrandchildren, Meagan Levesque and husband Shane of Mexico and Ashley Russell and husband Andrew of Winterport, nieces, Amy and Kelly.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025, from 2-6 p.m., at the American Legion on Congress Street in Rumford. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m., Friday May 16, 2025, at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Andover. Arrangements are under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home 3 Franklin St Rumford.
