LIVERMORE FALLS — One of two teenagers accused of fighting in a school bathroom Tuesday was taken to a hospital, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of assault at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday at the south campus of Spruce Mountain High School.
Two 17-year-old boys were fighting in a bathroom at the school, Steward said. One of them complained of neck and back pain and was taken by ambulance to a hospital, he said.
The teens were apparently fighting over an issue that carried over from a Friday night football game, he said.
Charges are pending, he said.
