OXFORD – Tony J. Knight, 51, of Minot passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025.He was born in Bridgton, June 5, 1974 the son of Joseph Morse and Beverly Knight. He attended Lake Region High School and graduated from Bangor High School.
He attended the Penobscot Job Corps where he studied culinary arts. He started his own catering business, worked in warehouses for Costco, Brockway-Smith, he also worked at Maine Machine Products, G.E. and M S Ambrosio.
He was a member of the Dungeons and Dragons group at the Buckfield Town Hall. He had a green thumb and loved gardening. He enjoyed family activities, camping, hunting, fishing anything outdoors.
Tony is survived by his wife Laura; a son Roland, a daughter Serenity, a stepson Bryan Files; his grandmother Elizabeth Knight; sister Theresa Morse; uncle Gordon and Susan knight, uncle Timmy and Lisa knight, uncle Dean Knight; and his sister-in-law Paula Gallucci; and several cousins
Family and friends may attend a time of visitation on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 26 West Dwinal Street, Mechanic Falls. Interment will be Friday, Sept. 12, at 11 a.m. at Hope Cemetery, Kennebunk.
