The Maine Real Estate Network and Four Seasons Realty have joined forces, according to a press release. Four Seasons was started locally by Gordon Brown of Bryant Pond and has been in business for 20 years. The company last year did $30 million in real estate sales in the Bethel area.

Loni Gravier, an Oxford Hills High School graduate, is the owner of The Maine Real Estate Network, a state wide agency with more than 22 office across the state, according to the release. He is a long time friend of Williamson.

“Having the chance to work with three amazing real estate professionals like Gary Williamson, Sally Harkins and Holly Bancroft Brown was an opportunity we could not pass up,” said Graiver. “Their reputations are impeccable and we expect them to be able to service their buyers and sellers even better with our vast amount of services at their disposal. Look for their production to increase substantially and for other local real estate professionals to join our company in the immediate future. In addition, Cassie Mason, an up and coming real estate superstar, will be joining the office in Bethel as well.”

Said Four Season’s owner Gary Williamson, “Loni Graiver is a marketing machine. I’m very excited to join forces with TMREN.” Williamson said the TMREN website is viewed over 40,000 times a month, which he said “generates tons of leads for our clients.”
