Kylee Dee Howe

LEWISTON – Kylee Dee Howe, affectionately known as “Ky” or “Ky Ky”, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 22 at her home in Lewiston on Nov. 2, 2025. Born on Dec. 5, 2002, in Lewiston, Kylee was a beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, niece, and friend.

Kylee attended Sabattus Primary for elementary school, Oak Hill for middle school, and graduated from Edward Little High School in the class of 2020. She pursued further education and achieved certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Direct Support Professional (DSP), which she utilized in her role at Fusion Healthcare – Hawthorne House.

Kylee had a passion for life, enjoying activities such as going to the beach, 4-wheeling, traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. She loved doing make-up, hair, nails, and cooking amazing dishes. Her contagious and boisterous laugh, smile, and presence would light up any room, and she was known for her heart of gold. Kylee was an outgoing and adventurous spirit, her confidence always radiated through everything that she did.

She is survived by her children, Rhonyiah and Rhovon. Kylee was the cherished daughter of Jennifer Danse and her spouse Timothy Danse of Sabattus, and Ronald Howe and his significant other Jennifer Gamache of Monmouth. She leaves behind her siblings Mariah, Lillyana, Shawn-David, Makenzie, stepsiblings Kira, and Timothy on her mother’s side, and Ronald, Jacob, stepsiblings Jason, and Jonathan on her father’s side. Her maternal grandparents, Jean Pratt of Sabattus and Michael O’Neal of Pueblo, Colo., will also miss her dearly. Among her extended family, Kylee shared a very special bond with her uncle, Ryan Tremblay of Auburn. She also leaves behind many aunts including Kristie Howe and Alicia Howe, as well as uncles, cousins, and friends who loved her deeply.

Kylee was predeceased by her grandfather, Ronald Howe, grandmother, Cheryl Dee Carver; great-grandfather, Elmer Briggs “Fruffy”; brother, Willy; and one of her best friends, Kelzie Caron.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Kylee on Sunday, Nov. 16 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Fortin & Pinette Group Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 4 p.m.

Kylee’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
