OTISFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. William Joseph McCoy of Otisfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Elizabeth McCoy, to Matthew Ben Mulligan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred T. Mulligan of Enfield.

Miss McCoy is a 2008 graduate of the University of Maine and is a teacher at Mattanawcook Junior High School.

Mr. Mulligan is a 2008 graduate from the University of Maine and is employed by the National Football League.

A February wedding is planned.
