Robert B. Grenier
AUBURN – Robert B. Grenier, 88, passed away on March 5, 2026, with his daughters Michelle and Claire by his side. He was the son of Jeannette and Paul Grenier. He was born in Lewiston and after a brief stint in the Navy, he returned home and worked various jobs.
Bobby lived his life exactly how he wanted to. He pursued his absolute passions in life, which included his beloved golf, playing cards, cribbage, and pool. He was well respected by his peers, for his knowledge, skill and expertise in all of them.
He was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Connie Dugan and his brother, Paul “JP” Grenier.
He leaves behind, his daughters Michelle Alexander and Claire Grenier; granddaughter, Ashley Alexander, her loving life companion, Matthew Estes; great-granddaughters Chloe and Sophia Estes; and his sisters Nancy Helms, Carol Jones and Benita Diamon.
He also left behind his chosen family, the members and staff at Fairlawn Golf Course and the New Auburn Social Club, and his longtime friend, Rose.
No services will be held.
