STANDISH — James Philbrook of Auburn has been awarded the Industrial Roofing Scholarship at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Philbrook is a sophomore liberal studies major and one of 20 outstanding students who are receiving scholarships through the Corporate Alliance Program for Scholarships this year.
