SOUTH PARIS — Georgena B. Roberts, 85, of Norway passed away, Thursday, Dec. 15, at Market Square Health Care Center.

She was born in West Paris, Oct. 18, 1926, to George E. and Arabella (Estes) Buck. Georgena attended West Paris schools and was a graduate of West Paris High School in 1944.

She married Leslie A. Roberts on April 2, 1960. She worked for approximately 30 years as a bookkeeper for Goodwins Dairy and Goodwins Dairy Shops. During later years, she worked as a part time bookkeeper for Oxford Hills Video and Lars T Ltd.

She was a member of West Paris Universalist Church and a lifetime member of West Paris Alumni Association. She enjoyed her flowers, fishing, camping and doing picture puzzles and crossword puzzles.

Georgena is survived by her husband, Leslie of Norway; son, Bruce Roberts of Oxford; five daughters, Ruth Smith of Livermore Falls, Carolee Masselli of Chiefland, Fla., Linda Hoyt of South Paris, Marilyn Foster of Newcastle and Brenda Shelton of Oxford; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by four brothers; and three sisters.
