LEWISTON — Instructor Carol Turner will teach the many healthy benefits of hula-hooping during upcoming classes at the YWCA. Learn the basics of hooping and see how it heals the mind, body and soul.
Hula-hooping builds core strength, provides a great cardiovascular workout, reduces stress, brings joy and laughter and helps clear the mind. Hoops are available for purchase from the instructor for $25 each or bring your own.
