Photographer Tim Amero of New Auburn is showing his images of waterfalls and wildlife in the Lewiston-Auburn through Feb. 1 in L/A Arts’ Art and Ale gallery window at Gritty McDuff’s in downtown Auburn. With his exhibit, “Wildlife Snapshots,” Amero said he hopes to illustrate that a cleaner Androscoggin River has created an ecosystem that supports many wildlife species. He also hopes his photographs will inspire viewers to help protect the local environment. Amero is a retired teacher and former certified financial planner. He took this photo while on River Road in Auburn.
