Jim White, Mexico Water District superintendent, uses a torch to warm up bolts on a broken fire hydrant at Backkingdom Road and Highland Terrace on Wednesday. A logging truck driven by Leonard Hutchinson took out the hydrant while trying to make the corner. Mexico police Lt.
