* David S. Moore, 34, of Rumford, Jan. 23, domestic violence assault and violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.

* Mark S. Davis, 48, of Fryeburg, Jan. 24, failure to register as a sex offender, $100 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Hollis L. Micklon Jr., 33, of West Paris, Jan. 24, failure to pay fines for assault, $395 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Leon E. Trafton, 41, of Skowhegan, Jan. 24, domestic violence assault, $1,500 unsecured bond, Dixfield Police Department.

* Denest D. Banner, 36, of Conway, N.H., Jan. 25, fugitive from justice, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Timothy M. Holland Jr., 29, of Peru, Jan. 25, failure to pay fines for operating under the influence, $880 cash bail, Mexico Police Department.

* Timothy T. Ridlon Jr., 20, of Norway, Jan. 25, disorderly conduct, $500 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
