* Joshua W. Appleby, 27, of Woodstock, Jan. 30, theft and violation of bail condition, $400 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Shaunna L. Robblee, 29, of Stow, Jan. 30, failure to appear for operating without a license charge, $150 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Joshua R. Pollis, 26, of Farmington, Jan. 31, probation hold, Maine State Police.
