Charges

Feb. 5 at 3:03 p.m. — Christopher Labbe, 39, of Dixfield was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Essex Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release. Labbe was ineligible to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Feb. 7 at 3:18 p.m. — An 18-year-old Rumford man was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Waldo Street on a juvenile warrant charging failure to appear for furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor. Juvenile was released to his guardian.

Feb. 9 at 5:37 a.m. — Shane Richard, 26, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rumford Avenue with operating after suspension. Richard is scheduled to appear in court on April 3.

Feb. 9 at 7:36 a.m. — Justin Donnaruma, 24, of Bethel was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Hancock Street with operating after suspension. Donnaruma is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 10 at 3:03 p.m. — Harrison Hamner, 24, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Waldo Street with possession of drug paraphernalia. Hamner is scheduled to appear in court on April 3.

Feb. 10 at 10:45 p.m. — Corey Theriault, 18, of Skowhegan was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street with possession of alcohol by a minor. Theriault is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 10 at 10:45 p.m. — Brittany Odonnell, 23, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Odonnell is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 10 at 10:45 p.m. — Nicholas Souza, 20, of Bangor was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street with possession of marijuana. Souza is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 10 at 10:45 p.m. — Alysha Laurinaitis, 20, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street with possession of alcohol by a minor, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Laurinaitis is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 12 at 12:21 a.m. — Peter Grasruck, 45, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Penobscot Street on a charge of domestic assault, domestic criminal threatening and attempted gross sexual assault. Grasruck was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court on April 13.

Feb. 12 at 5:32 a.m. — Terri Ellis, 44, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street on a charge of domestic assault. Ellis was also charged with refusal to sign a uniform traffic summons and complaint and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ellis was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Criminal mischief

Feb. 9 at 5:21 a.m. — Cpl. Lawrence Winson is investigating damage to a pole and trash can at a Route 2 business. Estimated damage $400.

Feb. 9 at 8:20 a.m. — Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating damage to a window, valued at $165, at a Route 2 business.

Feb. 9 at 5:13 p.m. — Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating damage to a vehicle fog light, valued at $100, on Erchles Street.

Feb. 11 at 6:36 a.m. — Patrolman Joseph Sage is investigating $3,000 damage to tires and a windshield on two vehicles on Hancock Street.

Feb. 11 at 8:33 p.m. — Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated damage to a hot tub on the Andover Road. No damage amount listed.

Theft

Feb. 6 at 9:59 a.m. — Cpl. Donald Miller is investigating theft of a tarp valued at $52 from a Spruce Street residence.

Feb. 9 at 11:45 a.m. — Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating theft of wind chimes valued at $40 from a Maine Avenue residence.

Feb. 10 at 2:56 p.m. — Cpl. Donald Miller is investigating theft of an iPod valued at $150 from a Glover Road business.

Christopher McDonald, 29 of Peru, is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to comply with a civil contempt order. The warrant is dated May 18, 2011.
