PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County Jail:
* Wayne S. Brown, 56, of Norway, Feb. 20, failure to pay fines, $60 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
* Melissa G. Clough, 39, of Bethel, Feb. 20, assault, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Richard N. Cummings Jr., 44, of Poland Spring, Feb. 20, domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime, $1,000 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Franklin D. Steele, 29, of Bethel, Feb. 20, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $290 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
