AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Supervising People: the Essential Skills for Leaders.”
This five-part series will be held on successive Fridays beginning March 16 to April 13 from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost is $315, including workbooks and materials.
This program will help managers, supervisors and team leaders identify communication barriers and performance issues, and will provide tools to address difficult employees. Participants will learn how to tackle the difficult issues and improve team productivity. Topics include communication, coaching for improved performance, team-building and collaborative team problem solving.
