An extreme couponing class for beginners will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the South Paris Congregational Church. Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Space is limited. Matthew Shepard will present the class with the help of Pam DeCoteau. Shepard has been a extreme couponer for around a year and has saved more than $10,000 with a stockpile to match, a portion of which is pictured. The class will cover basic to intermediate couponing that can be performed at local stores. Prizes will be given, including goodie bags valued at more than $100.
