BOSTON — Abigail R. “Abby” Dill, 29, of Fairmount Avenue, Auburn, passed away Tuesday, March 6, at Brigham and Womens’ Hospital with her family at her side.

She was born in Lewiston, July 3, 1982, a daughter of Robert Burnham and Kathleen (Mahaffy) Bardier. Abby was educated in local schools, graduated from Edward Little High School in 2002, and remained a lifelong resident of this community.

On May 18, 2002, she married Corey Dill of Auburn, and together they settled in Auburn to raise their family. She worked as a stay-at-home mom, helping raise their three daughters and was a member of East Auburn Baptist Church.

Among Abby’s favorite enjoyments was her love of animals, cooking, reading, sewing, and watching NASCAR races with her husband Corey. She was also an avid fan of the Red Sox, Bruins and the Patriots. She would often dress herself and her girls in team jerseys to watch the games on TV.

But most of all, she loved being with her family, husband and girls. Raising them brought real joy to her life. Abby was a loving, devoted and creative wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, who will be dearly missed.

She leaves her husband, Corey Dill, of Auburn; three daughters, Emma, Katie and Zoey; her mother and stepfather, Kathleen Bardier and husband, Michael, of New Gloucester; her father, Robert Burnham of Auburn; her sister, Chavonne Duteau and husband, Kevin, of Auburn; her mother-in-law, Cecile Cote and her husband, Gil, of Auburn; her father-in-law, Colby Dill of Auburn; her maternal grandmother, Joan Mahaffy of Auburn; her niece, Tiah Duteau; two nephews, Noah and Izaiah Duteau; several aunts, uncles and cousins; her beloved cat, Milo; and her best friend since childhood, Shelley Artea of Lewiston.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Roland Mahaffy; and her paternal grandparents, Harold and Jean Burnham.
