* Kevin Pettegrow, 30, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 11:57 a.m. March 9. He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail.

* Ryan Glover, 19, Rumford, operating without a license, 8:03 p.m. March 6. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
