AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer Peak Performance for Business Professionals from 9 a.m. to noon March 21. The cost of the class is $79 and includes materials.
Topics covered include: work-life balance, performance rituals, creativity, energy (not time) management and developing a personal game plan for success. Participants will be able to achieve a heightened level of workplace engagement and job satisfaction.
This workshop is being facilitated by John Brubaker, an accomplished business consultant and athletic coach. Possessing a master’s degree in personal psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Brubaker has also completed work at the doctoral level in sport psychology.
This non-credit course is open to anyone interested in performing at a superior level on the workplace. Registration for this course is open and ongoing, however space is limited.
