AUBURN — The Auburn Dow Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, at the Alden M. Gayton American Legion Post 31, 426 Washington St.

Tickets will be on sale for $5 for the Easter dinner to be held Wednesday, April 11. Bingo will be played following the meeting and a bag lunch.

Thirty-six members attended the March 14 meeting under the direction of Carmela J. Hewitt, filling in for President Helen McGuire.

Nancy Roy filled in as vice president and Shirley Hawkins filled in as chaplain.

Fellow member Paul Farrell entertained with Irish tunes while playing his guitar.

Trip chairwoman Evelyn Sawin is taking reservations for the trip to Foster’s Lobster House, June 22, in York. The cost is $55 and includes transportation and dinner. Nonmembers are welcome. For more information, call 998-4577 or see Sawin at the next meeting.

Attendance prize winners were Mary Ray and Al Strout; pot of gold, Carmela J. Hewitt, Pat Record and Shirley Thieriet. Raffle drawings were won by Shirley Huntley, Mary Tassinari and Ann Watson.
