The Nezinscot Valley music and drama departments will present “The Sound of Music” in early April. The cast of 35 has been working since January to present Roger and Hammerstein’s classic musical. Playing principal roles are, from left, front row, Cheyanne Goroshin, Kassandra Keough and Elaine Randolph. Middle row: Andrew Warren, Kristen Patenaude, Mickayla Wiley and Elizabeth Perry. Back row: Calvin Downey and Derek Salisbury. The show will be staged at 7 p.m. on April 5, 6 and 7; and at 4 p.m. on April 8 at Buckfield Junior/Senior High School.
