LEWISTON — A Wendy’s fast food restaurant on Lisbon Street was torn down to make way for a new J&S Oil plaza with a gas station, eatery, car wash and dog wash, said Chris Paszyc, who brokered the sale for CBRE The Boulos Company.

The JC Enterprises development is to be built on the former Wendy’s site and a neighboring residential lot, Paszyc said in a news release. It’s set to include six gas pumps, a convenience store, an Amato’s restaurant, a self-serve car wash and Barks’N’Bubbles Self-Serve Pet Wash.

Paszyc said he wasn’t sure when construction would begin.
