The Veggies By Day classic rock band will be performing from 8 p.m. to midnight Friday at Pedro O’Hara’s, 134 Main St. in Lewiston. There is no cover charge.  On Saturday, the band will be hosting a fundraiser for the Leavitt Area High School class of 1982 at The Boofy Quimby hall located on Route 219 in Turner.  Half of the proceeds will go to the high school class fund; the other half  will  go to classmates or friends needing financial help due to illness. The event is b.y.o.b. with many prizes and give-aways. Tickets are $10 dollars, and may be purchased at the door or by calling Donnie at 689-5128.
