AUBURN — Yvette L. Arnold, 94, of 26 Old Carriage Road, Auburn, died Friday, April 13, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice.

She was born in Lewiston, May 13, 1917, the daughter of Louis and Georgianna Lemieux Gagnon. Educated in local and Canadian schools, she married Norbert J. Arnold on April 14, 1941. Mr. Arnold passed away on July 1, 2006.

A member of Sacred Heart Church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, she is survived by a son, Sherman and wife, Jacqueline Arnold, of Zephyrhills, Fla., and Sabattus; three grandchildren, Lisa Jacobs, Stacy Wilson and David Arnold; five great-grandchildren, Dylan, Kelsey, and Christopher Jacobs, and Colby and Logan Wilson; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Muriel Webber.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son, David L. Arnold in 2007.
