POLK CITY, Fla. —   Eino Rosenberg, of West Paris, died on May 7.  

He was born Jan. 21, 1927, at the family farm in Sumner.  He was educated in
Sumner schools.  He worked on the family farm with his brother until he
joined the service. He joined the Armed Forces during the Korean War from
1954 to 1956.

After returning home, he went into the logging business with his brother,
Jack, until his retirement. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed
sports, especially the Red Sox and New England Patriots. In the later years,
he enjoyed reading. He enjoyed going to Florida during the winter months.

He is survived by his best friend and companion, Sally Doughty; two sons, Kevin
and Randy, one daughter, Michelle Aboud; and several grandchildren; a brother,
Jack and wife, Janice; a sister, Sylvia and husband, Tarmo; his best friends,
Nancy and Peter Robertson and Kathleen Richardson, Cheryl and Drew Sholl,
Kirby and Caroline Sholl, Ginger and Paul Dunham and Joshua Dunham. 

He was predeceased by a son, Bruce Rosenberg; and brother, Ellis Kilponen.
