CANTON — Dylan Sattler, 15, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 5, in Canton. He was a resident of School Street in Dixfield.

He was born in Meriden, Conn., Oct. 17, 1996, a son of Marc Sattler and Sherri Roberts. Dylan was a sophomore at Dirigo High School in Dixfield, where he played football and was on the wrestling team.

He enjoyed fishing, cooking, music, video games, hockey and the Boston Bruins, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his mother, Sherri Roberts of Canton; his father, Marc Sattler of Meriden, Conn.; his stepfather, Peter Cyr and companion, Monica LaPointe; four sisters, Cheyenne Cyr of Canton, Kim Kellher of Connecticut, Jessica Sattler of Canton and Zoe Cyr of Auburn; two brothers, Dakota Cyr of Canton and Shane Kellher, USMC of Afghanistan; a half-sister, Nicole Sattler, and half-brother Andrew Sattler; maternal grandparents, John and Sharon Roberts of Connecticut; and paternal grandparents, Margaret and Warren Sattler of Connecticut, and Lloyd and Jeanne Cyr of New Brunswick, Canada.
