JAY — Announcement is made of the engagement of Megan Ann Buckingham and Kyle Earl Lewis, both of Farmington, N.H.

Miss Buckingham is the daughter of Victor and Pam Butterfield of Jay and Matt and Lori Buckingham of Harrison. She received a degree in culinary arts from Central Maine Community College in 2007-2008, before moving to New Hampshire. She is currently employed full-time at an animal hospital in Rochester, N.H., and plans to enroll in a veterinarian technology program.

Mr. Lewis is the son of Norman Lewis of Sarasota, Fla., and Terrie Lewis of Farmington, N.H. He recently finished four years of electrician school and is currently working on getting his master’s degree. He is employed full-time for an electrical company in Meredith, N.H.

The wedding will be held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 18 at the North Jay Granite Quarry.
