Central Maine Federal Credit Union recently presented a check for $1,000 to Central Maine Medical Center’s Arbor House, a hospitality house near CMMC. Arbor House was created for patients traveling a long distance for treatments and for families coming to visit loved ones who are hospitalized. Arbor House is free for its visitors and is supported through community donations. In the photo, Christine Allen, left, vice president of financial services at Central Maine Federal Credit Union, who also serves as a CMMC associate, presented the check to Jeri Maurer, Guest Relations coordinator for Arbor House, and Laird P. Covey, representing the CMMC Board of Trustees.
