SOUTH PARIS — Roy Edward Toothaker, 60, of South Paris, died at his home on Monday, July 16.
He was born in Lewiston, Sept. 5, 1951, the son of George Linwood and Lucille Dubois Toothaker. He served our country in the U.S. Army. He had been employed at local shoe shops and mills.
He enjoyed traveling, playing cards, horse racing and the Oxford Fair. He also enjoyed visiting with his mother at Town & Country and his nephews. He is survived by his mother, Lucille Wojcik of Norway; his brothers and sisters, Hazel A. Gray and her companion Joe Rosa, of Salem, N.H., Linwood R. and his wife, Betty Jeanne, of Norfolk, Mass., Rodney V. and his companion, Jeanne Miller, of Norway, Richard and his wife, Linda, of Millis, Mass., and Jacalyn Grand of Norway; nephews, Matthew Martin and John Martin; godson, Jason Gaudet; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, George L. Toothaker; a sister, Arline Gaudet; and brothers, Lloyd, George, Jr. and Walter.
